Premier Equipment Solutions is a growing network of locally operated equipment businesses built for long-term strength and sustainability. Founded through the acquisition of established Bobcat locations, our organization is grounded in real-world operating experience and a deep understanding of the markets we serve. We pursue thoughtful acquisition opportunities across additional equipment brands and regions where we can add meaningful operational value and support long-term growth.

Our approach is simple: work alongside local owners and leadership teams to help businesses grow while preserving what already makes them successful.
